Training Coordinator ‐ 01
Job Description / Responsibility
- Attend ToT
- Centrally plan trainings
- Quarterly evaluate Field Coordinators and performance of Trainers
- Verify training budget and approve training locations
- Conduct monthly field visits to monitor trainings
- Occasionally train in the field
- Liaison with concerned officers of BAIRA, BMET, TTC and DEMO
- Ensure timely quarterly report submission from the field
- Compile reports from fields and preparation of quarterly and annual report and
submit to Project Coordinator
- Troubleshooting in the field
Educational Requirements
- Masters in any discipline
Experience Requirements
- At least 03 years work experience in conducting and coordinating training

Trainer ‐ 02 (Field Based)
Job Description / Responsibility
- Attend ToT sessions of the proposed project
- Collect all training materials and be well‐versed on safe migration issues
- Design field trainings
- Prepare quarterly training schedules
- Organise logistics for training and prepare budget for trainings
- Assist Field Coordinator in selection of trainees, training venues, etc.
- Organise training equipment, material and handouts
- Conduct pre‐training evaluation
- Conduct the training
- Conduct post‐training evaluation
Educational Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor in any discipline
Experience Requirements
- At least 02 years experience of conducting training at grassroots level

Field Coordinator ‐ 02 (Field Based)
Job Description / Responsibility
- Attend ToT of the proposed project
- Liaison with DEMO offices for selecting trainees from agencies, TTCs, BAIRA, etc
- Communicate with local level UP Chairman, members, NGOs, banks, relevant
government offices, and RMMRU’s Migrants’ Rights Protection Committees
(where they are functional) for seeking nomination for training of pre‐decision
and pre‐departure trainees.
- Prepare quarterly progress report of trainings
- Inspect pre‐trainings of trainers and ensure that all kinds of logistics are well
organised
- Provide time to time support to the trainer in conduction of training
Additional Job Requirements
- Set up office
- Facilitate the baseline survey and final evaluation
- Liaison with BMET head office and Field Training Coordinator at RMMRU’s end
- Form a sub‐committee for selecting trainees
- Conduct sub‐committee meetings
- Monitor the Trainer and Equipment Operator
- Approve activity budget under RMMRU and BMET rule
- Provide information and supportive documents to the external and internal
auditor
- Maintain project documents and personal file of project staffs
- Maintain petty cash, bills and vouchers
- Monitor preparation of training schedule
- Purchase support materials for conduction of trainings and office stationery
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor/ Masters in any discipline
